Let Go Yoga & Wine Retreat
1-4 October 2026
Tuscany, Italy
Venue: Fattoria di Petrognano
The Let Go retreat is for those who love YOGA & WINE!
Imagine yourself in the beautiful Italian countryside, with fresh meals & activities on-site.
Let Go bridges the past & present through experiencing the centuries-old traditions of both yoga & winemaking.
Daily On-Site Yoga Sessions
Nourish the body with twice daily on-site yoga practices led by Vicki to dive inward, to let go, so that you find ease & lightness while away & upon return home.
Mornings: a dynamic Strong & Grounding 90-minute class that starts & ends slow. Afternoons: relaxed deep stretching with a 75-minute guided yin yoga. All levels welcome!
Wine Curation by Morgan
Originally from Colorado, US, Morgan is a hippie at heart with a spirit as free as the mountains she grew up in. She believes emotion & human connection are the keys to a more conscious world & that wine is a “cultural unifier,” bringing us together, despite language & location.
A certified sommelier with a Level 3 Diploma from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, she now lives in Florence, Italy.
Morgan curates the Let Go wine selection, designed to complement your yoga journey, enhancing themes of balance, transformation, & interconnectedness.
Daily On-Site Wine Sessions
Taste 3-4 wines every evening in 75-minute sessions. A chance to learn how to use the senses to distinguish between wines.
From Tuscany to your table, you'll have plenty to share next time you host dinner with friends!

Morning class: Vicki’s signature Strong & Grounding class of 90 minutes starts & ends slow, with movement & some sweat in between. The focus is on the breath, gaze, & spine.
Afternoon class: yin yoga of 75 minutes for deep stretching of the muscles & fascia. The focus is on clearing the mind & calming the nervous system.
Vicki’s teaching style:
The dynamic classes are based on Talia Sutra’s approach from Love And All Is Coming, which merges the Ghosh and Ashtanga lineages.
The more relaxing classes are based on yin yoga by Sarah Powers.
Vicki brings over 10 years of embodied yoga practice & 500-hour yoga teacher trainings with Talia Sutra, with foundations in anatomy, Sanskrit, & yoga philosophy.

Designed specifically for the Let Go Retreat, our in-house daily wine sessions are much more than tastings. Each 75-minute session highlights nature’s timeless principles in the soil, climate, & aging process.
Each evening, we engage in discussions connecting the technical details of winemaking with the holistic principles of yoga, leaving you with a deeper appreciation for the natural world & your own connection to it.

Is this retreat appropriate as a siblings or a child-parent trip?
Absolutely! While the typical guest is 30-60 years old, all adults are welcome. It is a great bonding retreat for friends, significant others, & family members.
Can I bring my own food & drinks?
Definitely, bring what you like. In the past, guests often like to share wines together after dinner in the lovely gardens or in the rooms.
Does my room have a fridge or kitchen?
The apartments have a full kitchen (stove, oven, sink, large fridge) but only some of the rooms have mini fridges.
What will the weather be like?
October is Fall/Autumn in Tuscany. Expect cool mornings (sweatshirt & slippers) & warm afternoons. We hope for sun but it can also rain.
What can I see & visit nearby?
Lucca! A 25-min drive from our venue, spend half a day here. See this list of what to see, and more information here. Vicki has been to this special city about a dozen times, as some of her husband’s family originated here.
Pisa: 50-min drive away, you want to pop over just to see the Leaning Tower.
Florence: a 75-min drive, the city offers so much, I recommend spending time before or after the retreat to visit at least the cathedral, Accademia, & Uffizi Museum (pre-book your tickets!).
Bologna: 2 hours driving from the venue, this city is another excellent choice to visit before or after the retreat.
Is this a luxury retreat?
No. The venue is a renovated country estate. It has a cozy family feeling to make you comfortable, but is classic rustic Tuscan. This means perhaps water pressure, mattresses, & heating/cooling could differ from where you live.
Is the yoga or wine too advanced for me?
Let Go is open to all adults.
Yoga: most guests do not have a regular yoga practice! However, some movement practice will help you in the morning sessions. You can always pause for a rest, take an alternative, or choose to skip sessions.
Wine: these are designed to be helpful for beginners, yet inform & spark curiosity even in those who are more experienced.
What’s the vibe?
Warm & friendly, markers of both Vicki’s personality & the venue’s atmosphere.
Be ready to connect with fellow guests during the sessions, but also you will have free time for quiet or exploration.
Overall fun & informal. The whole retreat is non-performative, meaning come as you are & enjoy!
There is no specific yoga or wine experience required.
Come alone, with a friend, significant other, or family member!
This is an open, inclusive environment, all adults are warmly welcome.
Note that all sessions are optional! Pick & choose which activities you want, to cater this retreat to your level of relaxation. The end goal is to Let Go!
