Nourish the body with twice daily yoga practices, breathwork, & meditation, to dive inward, to let go, so that you find ease & lightness while away & upon return home.

Wine led by Morgan

Learn through tasting & talking about wine each day, to discover how the elements affect the timeless art of wine making. From Tuscany to your table, you'll have plenty to share next time you host dinner with friends.

Meet Morgan

Originally from Colorado, USA, Morgan is a hippie at heart with a spirit as free as the mountains she grew up in. She believes that emotion & human connection are the keys to a more conscious world & that wine is a “cultural unifier,” bringing us together despite language & location. 

A certified sommelier with a Level 3 Diploma from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, Morgan now lives in Florence, Italy, & works as a freelance Brand Strategist. She hosts a monthly wine social club for industry professionals & wine lovers.


Morgan & Vicki both speak fluent Italian & their native language is English. We met in 2022 through mutual friends while living in Florence & quickly realized our shared passions of yoga & wine.

Vicki & Morgan will assist you in connecting with the elements of earth, water, fire, air, & ether—in your body & on your palette!

Ground into the earth by walking barefoot, rooting down using opposing forces, & tapping into your bandhas, while also understanding how the soil affects the harvested grapes.

Find your unique flow, appreciating that the body comprises mostly water, & calm your mental waves to have a clear mind, as still as a lake's surface.

Connect with the fiery Tuscan sun & the light radiating within you, while realizing how the sun's movement & equinoxes define grape growth.

Breathe smoothly to rejuvenate the body with fresh air, surrounded by nature & olive trees, & learn why air enriches what you taste in your wine glass.

Open yourself up to the starry magic of ether, asking the body & mind to explore new ways of being.


All adults and levels of yoga welcome. There is no specific yoga or wine experience required.

Bring a friend or significant other & choose your own activities: yoga, wine, or both. This is why we offer discounted prices if you book two spots in a double room!

  • Designed specifically for the Let Go Retreat, our in-house daily wine sessions are much more than tastings. Morgan curates each 75-minute session to highlight nature’s timeless principles, including the influence of the earth, climate, lunar cycles, fermentation, and aging.

    Each evening, we engage in thoughtful discussions that connect the technical details of winemaking with the holistic principles of yoga, leaving you with a deeper appreciation for the natural world and your own connection to it.

    Daily on-site wine sessions

    • If you do not drink alcohol, you can still participate by smelling & discussing the wines.

    Transport & Venue

    • It is easy to arrive by car or train from Florence airport or train station (we will give you thorough instructions!). If you come by train, we will pick you up at the station closest to the venue, just 12 minutes by car.
